As a VIP host you will be reporting in to the VIP Lead as well as the Commercial Sales Manager. You will be in a front-line position providing excellent customer service whilst also delivering memorable experiences. You will assist in maintaining our high service standards, by upholding a strong level of knowledge of the park and the attractions within. Your role as a VIP host will be:
- To ensure a seamless, smooth guest journey from their arrival onto the resort to their exit by providing high level of customer service in line with company values
- You will play a pivotal role in delivering a safe and fun experience for our VIP Guests.
- To assist with the department’s mission to achieve a positive customer feedback through internal and external captures.
- To deliver both VIP entry and experience packages to support all targets set by the business.
- To support the wider Resort through our multi-skilling programme.
- Support product development and contribute new ideas to continually drive the department.
Due to the nature of this role, applicants will need to be 18+.
No previous experience required, just enthusiasm and eagerness to learn!
