About the Department
Computes and collects fees; prepares receipts for copies released and accepts and receives all cash transactions for the Records Division. Provides verification letters for claim losses listed in reports. Provides counter service for persons requesting copies of reports and authorizes the release of copies. Maintains daily statistics of records requests, indexes police report documents and requests for reports.
