We are proud to say that you will be surrounded by some of the smartest, enthusiastic, hard working and dedicated people that you’ll ever meet (at least, that we’ve ever met!).

Who we are looking for:

At Creyos, we understand that solving big challenges demands unwavering resilience and determination. We don’t stop until we achieve our goals. People who thrive at Creyos are driven, curious, hardworking, and enthusiastic about scaling a company—along with having a good sense of humor. If this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

Product  Development and Execution

  • Work with the product, design and sales teams to contribute to our product strategy and implement high priority items on our product roadmap.
  • Identify and track key metrics associated with the success of the product / features. Ensuring that KPIs speak to value for the customer and our business.
  • Participate and coordinate project status meetings, both internal and with partners.
  • Monitor and control project deliverable progress and stakeholder feedback.

Quality Assurance & Validation

  • Participate in testing to validate that features meet acceptance criteria, maintain product quality, and ensure that new releases are stable and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of product requirements, facilitate clear communication, and support the successful implementation of new features and updates.

Customer Engagement & Research

  • Develop an understanding of our clients and their specific needs through customer interviews, surveys and other means—then, translating those interviews into insights that fuel high-impact product features.
  • Coordinate user testing sessions to ensure product experiences are simple, well-understood and highly validated before creating user stories for development.
  • Suggest product enhancements to improve user-experience.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Participate in product rituals in an agile environment to ensure alignment of product goals and objectives across all teams.
  • Enable visibility, share learnings, and become a resource for the rest of the organization; coordinating with peers in marketing, sales, customer success and support teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, documentation, and communication. Propose and implement small changes that streamline product workflows and enhance team efficiency.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline or the equivalent experience.
  • Experience in a fast growing HealthTech and/ or a SaaS/B2B platform business is considered an asset.
  • A genuine excitement for solving business problems with software and technology.
  • A proven passion for all things tech (UX, Development, Business).
  • Knowledge of common technologies in the SaaS space today.
  • A “can-do” attitude with the ability to self start and work within ambiguity.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills that allow for cross collaboration within various departments, and to be able to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to pivot and re-prioritize efforts as required.

Some of the reasons people choose to join the Creyos team include:

  • Grow through our career paths leading to more senior roles. We invest in the development of our team members, provide significant opportunities for growth and career advancement, and do everything we can to support one another to ensure individual and team success. In 2024, 25% of our team members were promoted at least once to more senior roles!
  • Recharge during our annual company-wide break and extra holidays. In addition to vacation and quarterly Personal Days, every year we take a company-wide break in December to rest and recharge. We also give team members two additional holidays off per year: U.S. Independence Day and U.S. Thanksgiving, which we celebrate as Brain Holidays. We want you to feel motivated and energized at work!
  • Get access to comprehensive benefits. We pride ourselves on offering benefits covering medical, dental, vision, mental health, wellness and more.
