Job Title: Project Management Office Intern
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Duration: 6 Months / 1 year
Education Recommendations: Currently enrolled in the final years of university in Engineering, Systems and/or Administration or related fields.
Role Overview:
As a Project Management Office Intern, you'll enjoy rotation opportunities across various functions, gaining comprehensive exposure to Nokia's business operations and enhancement of project management practices. Kickstart your career in project management while contributing to groundbreaking telecommunications projects and making a meaningful impact!
Responsibilities
- Support project tracking and reporting using PMI-based tools for effective project management.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing KPIs to enhance project performance and insights.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards to visualize project progress and success.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Help coordinate project meetings, facilitating communication among team members.
- Follow up on action items to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Qualifications
You're a great fit if you have:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Previous internship experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
- Experience with AI tools.
