A Nothing Bundt Cakes Shift Lead supports bakery management by ensuring a superior guest experience and maintaining operational standards during their shift, responsible for customer service, cake production, team leadership, and maintaining a positive bakery environment. Key duties include managing the guest experience, assisting with inventory, coaching team members, promoting brand standards, and handling daily operations when management isn't present. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills, excellent customer service, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the brand's culture. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience:

  • Team Leadership:

  • Operations Management:
