Required Experience, Certifications, Registration or Licensure
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years of post-certification experience in ABA service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and payer compliance.
- Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with clinicians and leadership.
- Advanced to expert level in Google Sheets.
- Working as a behavior technician for a minimum of two years with both center-based and in-home experience.
- Prior experience as a trainer.
- Familiarity with training design and implementation.
- Experience documenting in Rethink.
