Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Product Manager to join the Jo Malone London brand in Travel Retail EMEA, covering a maternity leave. The position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and is based in our London office, with a hybrid working model (3 days in-office). 

 

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering product management and marketing activations for Jo Malone London across UKI, Europe, Middle East, India and Africa region in Travel Retail. You will ensure flawless execution of our brand vision across diverse markets. You will lead hero and key shopping moments, manage 360 launch activations, forecast new and existing products, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve excellence at every stage. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee all product management and marketing activations for Jo Malone London across the region. 
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the execution of the hero and key shopping moments strategy. 
  • Manage 360 launch activations, from concept to execution. 
  • Forecast new and existing products to meet market needs. 
  • Analyse performance of hero products and key launches. 
  • Own the product assortment strategy for the region. 
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising, Sales, and Corporate teams to ensure flawless execution. 
  • Manage two Marketing Executives. 
  • Develop Trade Marketing Calendars. 
  • Present plans to retailers. 

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and presentation skills. 
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve processes. 
  • Proven business analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills. 
  • Creative, flexible, and positive ‘can do’ approach. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, pressurised environment. 
  • Experience in people management (beneficial). 
  • Experience in a similar or related industry.
