ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR of FINANCIAL AID
Full Time Hybrid Position
Starting Salary Range: $55,214.87 - $72,042.91

Responsibilities: The Assistant Director is responsible for the administration, awarding and disbursement of financial aid funding for all students, as well as the management of federal, state and institutional aid programs in accordance with applicable regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, education or related field from an accredited college or university.
- At least three years of experience in post-secondary financial aid.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, finance, education or related field from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Required: Understanding of current federal rules and regulations; experience with computerized information systems.
- Useful: Experience administering aid at an institution with 3,000+ students, community college experience.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with computer-based financial aid systems, student information systems, EdConnect, COD, CPS, and U.S. Department of Education software.
