- Provides timely and accurate quotes.
- Processes orders for build-ups, repairs, and replacement at the appropriate gross margins.
- Ensures on time delivery of product and repairs.
- Provides customer service by answering general service calls.
- Communicates with customers and other associates on any contract changes.
- Works with vendors on order fulfillment, pricing, and shipping.
- Records non-conformances.
- Communicates regularly with the Shop regarding status of repairs.
Occasionally may be required to travel by motor vehicle for business purposes, otherwise; on-site regular attendance is required at the office/warehouse location
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.

Knowledge and Abilities:
- One to three months of related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of mechanical components and ability to follow all safety precautions.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to apply basic business mathematical concepts such as profit and loss, cost ratio, discount percentage, and gross margin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products including Word, Outlook and Excel.

- Ability to work effectively with vendors, employees, and management.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all departments.
