Superside is seeking a Content Strategist with deep expertise in video to shape and scale our video-first owned content strategy. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and production, ensuring video is planned with purpose, aligned to our brand narrative, and distributed effectively across channels.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define where video fits into the customer journey, set the roadmap for high-impact campaigns, and drive consistency across formats. This is a strategic role, but you’ll also occasionally support with direction, editing, or optimization to bring content to life.

What you'll do
Develop and own video strategy across content marketing including social media, podcasts and owned platforms
Plan and oversee the creation of video campaigns from thought leadership series and customer stories to event recaps and social-first formats.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate insights into compelling video narratives that resonate with our ICP.
Build and manage a content calendar that aligns video with broader marketing campaigns and priorities.
Partner with the video team to provide strategic direction on scripting, storyboarding, and production to ensure high quality and consistency.
Partner with paid media, social and creative teams to optimize video for each channel, repurposing long-form assets into short, engaging formats.
Analyze performance data to evaluate impact and refine strategy for continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of trends in video storytelling, formats, and distribution methods to keep Superside’s content fresh and competitive.
Occasionally support hands-on production (shooting, editing, motion graphics) where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
3–5 years of experience in content strategy or content marketing, with a strong focus on video.
Proven track record of using owned video content to drive engagement, brand awareness, and demand.
Strong understanding of video production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production).
Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Experience distributing and optimizing video across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, paid media, and owned channels.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with occasional hands-on execution.
Strong interest in artificial intelligence and willingness to learn and adapt as the field evolves.
