Key Responsibilities
- Co-create and execute marketing tactics to support demand for products for specific industry segments (i.e., product launches, events, and campaigns).
- Support event and lead generation initiatives, including event planning/coordination, promotional campaigns, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
- Develop, disseminate, manage, and monitor tailored marketing content, messages, visuals and materials across websites, email campaigns, social channels, and other preferred digital platforms.
- Optimize industry segment website pages and digital content to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
- Contribute to achieving KPIs and metrics tied to marketing performance and segment engagement.
- Use research to understand industry-specific needs, trends and competitive positioning applying insights to improve content, campaigns, and channel performance.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Post-secondary certificate or equivalent in relevant discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- A solid understanding and application of one or more elements of marketing to effectively reach segmented stakeholders.
- Analyzing specific data from various sources (SharePoint content management, CRM, website, social media, surveys) to identify patterns, preferences, and behaviors.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights about segment stakeholder needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Understands customer experience, customer journeys, customer segmentation.
- Strong writing and visual skills, with experience producing high-quality customized content in alignment with company brand guidelines.
- Experience with content creation tools, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software to design and implement successful marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Working knowledge and skills with digital marketing platforms, channels that effectively reach specific industry segment stakeholders to optimize campaigns (e.g., social media, email, web).
- Familiarity with digital assets and technologies such as SharePoint, LinkedIn, content management systems, social media platforms, web technology and analytics, basic graphic design and video editing etc.
- Proven relationship builder and collaborator with internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Influence & Relationship Management – Solid communication skills to
collaborate with internal teams, industry leaders, and external partners. - Data-Driven Decision Making – Uses analytics and insights to manage and measure
marketing effectiveness. - Strong core communications competencies such as: Audience Understanding, Purposeful Writing, Oral Communications/Listening, Communication Planning/Measurement, Internal Communications, External Communications, Stakeholder Mapping, Project Management, Creating Visual Communications.
