We are seeking a creative and analytical GTM Strategist Contractor to support the planning and execution of integrated go-to-market initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career with a passion for research, cross-functional collaboration, and developing strategic frameworks that generate demand and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of GTM and marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives across key products and industries.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitive research to uncover insights that shape messaging and positioning.
- Collaborate with demand generation, media, creative, and analytics teams to help execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Partner with media teams to assist in planning, channel selection, and tracking performance.
- Contribute to campaign reporting and provide insights that inform optimization strategies.
- Create strategic presentations, research summaries, and documentation for internal and client-facing use.
- Maintain GTM frameworks and shared resources to support team alignment and campaign visibility.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional workstreams to ensure campaign timelines are met.
- Support ABM and demand generation efforts through persona development and message mapping.
- Learn from and work alongside Senior GTM Strategists, while contributing fresh ideas and independent deliverables.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles (internships and co-ops welcome).
- Understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and B2B buying behavior.
- Interest or exposure to demand generation, media strategy, and go-to-market processes.
- Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to synthesize insights.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in 6Sense, Google Slides, Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or GA4 is a plus.
