Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
 - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share.
 - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recognize top performers.
 - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
 - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events designed to drive traffic and sales.
 - Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
 - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a high-volume dealership.
