Requirements

  

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share. 
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recognize top performers. 
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events designed to drive traffic and sales. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a high-volume dealership. 
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of building effective teams. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, employees, and vendors. 
  • Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to make informed decisions. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
