We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager in our Enterprise Data and Analytics space. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise to set clear expectations for success and guide teams in putting them into practice. This role is well-suited for someone who values coaching, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring software solutions deliver measurable business results.
As a Delivery Manager you will define, orchestrate, manage and oversee the holistic product life cycle, delivery cadence, and sprint schedule to one or more teams. Actively monitor tasks, timelines, attainment of milestones, and overall quality deliverables to successfully deliver value to our stakeholders and customers. Help develop meaningful metrics to provide quantifiable data to track progress, assess performance, and inform decision-making within the team. Collaborates closely with Product Managers (who handle the what/why) and Engineering Leaders (who handle the how) to ensure successful product delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify and improve parts of the team's delivery system to produce results. Work across teams to help improve and optimize workflow and value creation. Spread knowledge of and drive changes around delivery system across teams and programs. Coach the team in understanding the "why" behind agile principles/practices. Help the team to feel ownership over the ceremonies and understand how to use team metrics for continuous improvement. Consistently reduce the complexity of projects, services and processes to get more done with less work. Contribute to identify, advocate for, and implement improvements to stability, performance, and scalability across major business critical systems.
Identify, manage and escalate the disrupters within their department and communicate impacts appropriately, leverage priority processes to limit disrupter impacts to the department.
- Identify and propose strategies around technical problems affecting the team, communicate standards and get buy-in on solutions. Focus more on improving rather than just managing constraints. Consistently coaches individuals and teams to solve problems that slow delivery. Learn and share concepts and techniques that build a learning culture. Able to influence, identify and suggest solutions to continuously improve the delivery practices and methods.
- Work with the entire team to help build a product mindset. Introduce and coach teams on product development techniques, such as building feedback into the product or process that help the team "build the right thing". Challenge product management/ownership to understand and focus on the outcome of the work to be done.
- Help develop and guide strategy toward future state. Can clearly articulate "the why" behind the strategy and rally support. Help improve the organization's delivery system through a deliberate focus on continuous improvement and learning culture.
- Communicate issues early to help course correct. Communicate and work effectively through cross-team dependencies. Identify and address impediments with cross-team work. Communication management including XBU interaction, influence and sharing.
- Practice Lean Leadership fundamentals and can help coach other leaders on the same. Multiply the effectiveness of others by facilitating cross-team work. Listen and guide debates to help reach consensus. Clearly communicate and back final decisions. Be an advocate for experimentation and improvement. Able to train a variety of individuals. Ability to put together training plans/curriculum. Lead team discussions to ensure quality solutions and proper use of adaptation processes.

Who You Are:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) and 6+ years’ work experience or equivalent experience
- 6 - 8 years of Agile team experience in any well-known software environment preferred
- 5+ years’ experience managing application or data development projects
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, activities and tasks under time constraints
- Ability to interface with executives and stakeholders regarding issues of scope deliverables and status
- Knowledge of data platform development or data/analytics driven products and services
- Advanced planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
- Strong leadership and presentations skills required
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners
Salary Range Information:Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range:$100800 - $150000 / yearTime Off Program:Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Work Environments
