Role Summary

Join a stealth-mode moonshot under the parent company Apna.co — a deeply technical initiative building foundational voice infrastructure for the enterprise. This isn’t just Sale engineering, Demo and deployment work — it's about shaping how voice-first AI agents power real business outcomes across BFSI, Telecom, and beyond.

You’ll lead & support presales activities that ensure account success & client delivery from the front:. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution. You’re the connective tissue between what’s promised and what’s realized — and how fast it scales.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end voice agent deployment: from scope to CRM integration
  • Support client solutioning alongside GTM (pre-sale + delivery)
  • Ensure quality/timely delivery
  • Partner with Product teams in tech related asks as and when required for the sales cycle

Ideal Persona

  • Presales consultant/ Presales specialist/ Business Analyst in Conversational Voice or chat product platforms
  • Relevant Experience Necessary with Voice AI / Agentic - Gen AI and Conversational AI platforms, Products and Projects of 3 years or more
  • Instrumental & experience in making Demos/POCs and Pilots as part of Sales cycle.
  • Experience leading client-facing implementations in SaaS or AI/ML companies
  • Understands CRM/API integrations, Requirement gathering
  • Knowledge of SOW process, RFP/RFI process
