Role Summary:

Join a stealth-mode moonshot under the parent company Apna.co — a deeply technical initiative: foundational voice infrastructure for the enterprise. This isn’t just deployment work — it's about shaping how voice-first AI agents power real business outcomes across BFSI, Telecom, and beyond.

You’ll lead client delivery from the front: architecting Agentic Voice AI deployments, owning integrations, managing forward-deployed engineers, and unlocking adoption. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution. You’re the connective tissue between what’s promised and what’s realized — and how fast it scales.
. You’ll be the primary owner of solution delivery, client usage success, and ongoing growth.

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end voice agent deployment: from scope to CRM integration
  • Lead client solutioning alongside Sales (pre-sale + delivery)
  • Manage 2 FDs (Forward Deployed Engineers) and ensure quality/timely delivery
  • Drive usage and identify upsell opportunities to reach $200K+ ACV
  • Partner with Sales on MSA closure and multi-functional delivery alignment

Ideal Persona:

  • Delivery Manager/Product/Program Manager with 5-8 years 
  • Relevant Experience Necessary with Voice AI / Agentic - Gen AI and Conversational AI platforms, Products and Projects
  • Experience leading client-facing implementations in SaaS or AI/ML companies
  • Has managed a team of engineers (2–5) and understands CRM/API integrations

Metrix:

  • 10–12 deployments/year
  • ≥ 90% of committed usage realized in first 60 days
  • $200K+ ACV expansion in 50%+ of accounts
