Associate Principal Consultant - Lead Business Analyst na Nagarro

This is a hybrid role 2 to 3 days/ week in our Manhattan office

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, use cases, workflows, and data/process models.
• Work closely with developers, QA testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure the solution meets both business and technical needs.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis for system enhancements or problem resolution.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, aligning with business strategy and IT architecture.
• Facilitate requirement review sessions, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in Agile environments.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and validating outcomes with business users.
• Monitor system implementation and support post-production issues through resolution.
• Stay current on new IT trends and recommend improvements in system processes and tools.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in writing clear and concise documentation.
• Skilled in business process modeling and data flow diagrams.
• Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, SQL, and Excel.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience working in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) or hybrid development environments.
• Prior experience with system integration, legacy modernization, or enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom platforms).
• Public sector or enterprise experience.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 to 13+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.

Salary: USD $130,000 - $145,000 Gross (Includes base + bonuses) + Nagarro Standard Benefits
