Description
- Post-sales support to include responding to customer inquiries and essential details to ensure customer success.
- Work closely with vendors/distributors to track order status’, update our Salesforce data, and provide Estimated Ship Dates (ESDs) to customers.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers, maintaining proper documentation and adhering to billing timelines.
- Partner closely with the sales team to support quote-to-order activities and resolve any customer concerns.
- Providing a physical presence in our Annapolis office for customers and deliveries 3 days per week.
- Receive incoming shipments to the CyKor warehouse. Track and organize inbound orders to ensure they are properly recorded, stored, and managed.
- *This role may have potential as it touches other departments to evolve into a variety of areas including Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Service, Inside Sales and Project Management.
Requirements
- 2+ years in corporate office environment support roles (preferred)
- Customer Service experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and writing skills, with a focus on all communications being customer friendly, accurate, and solution focused
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to go the extra mile in order to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- High level of trustworthiness
