Provide technical support for computer hardware and software.
- Provide first-level support for Windows desktops, laptops, and other office equipment
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests
- Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding users, including account creation and equipment setup
- Perform password resets and basic user administration in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN, printer connectivity)
- Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system
Required:
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion
Preferred:
- 6–12 months of IT support experience (including internships or personal projects)
- CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certification
- Experience using a helpdesk ticketing system
- Familiarity with PowerShell or basic scripting concepts
