Provide technical support for computer hardware and software.

  • Provide first-level support for Windows desktops, laptops, and other office equipment
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests
  • Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding users, including account creation and equipment setup
  • Perform password resets and basic user administration in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN, printer connectivity)
  • Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system

Required:

  • Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion

Preferred:

  • 6–12 months of IT support experience (including internships or personal projects)
  • CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certification
  • Experience using a helpdesk ticketing system
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or basic scripting concepts
