Mickey Truck Bodies Freehold NJ reconditioning center is a dynamic sales and repair facility that is searching for the right person to assist our growing business with sales of aftermarket parts and services, invoicing and collections.
Mickey Truck Bodies is a premier manufacturer of state-of-the-art bodies and trailers, and specially engineered vehicles sold in over 50 countries around the world. The innovative product line-up is prevalent in industries such as food & beverage, vending, propane, rental trucks, emergency & rescue, battery, oil & natural gas, and data storage. Sales and Collections Assistant Summary: The office clerk performs various administrative and clerical tasks to support the reconditioning service center. This position supports the office manager and will enable the office to maintain smooth and working office operations.
Sales and Collections Assistant Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone call volume
- Invoicing
- Collections
- Data entry
- Sales of aftermarket parts and services
- Assist with inventory and overall branch organization
- Shipping / logistics
- Perform other job-related administrative tasks as assigned
Sales and Collections Assistant Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or other related degree or combination of classes and experience.
- 2 years’ experience in customer facing setting
- Customer Service Excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook Email
- Must be able to communicate effectively through all levels throughout the organization internally and externally (i.e. suppliers and customers)
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Sales and Collections Assistant Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing work environment that has frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, noise intensity level, proximity to moving mechanical parts and exposure to weather. Light to Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, printers, light traffic, and manufacturing noise from adjoining wall plant)
Ability to sit at a computer station for an extended period.
