We have an opening in our Tulsa office. The role of an IT Technician II requires 3 years experience in a progressive helpdesk environment. Working knowledge of software and systems such as Windows Server 2019 R2, Windows 10, 11, Office 365, troubleshooting specialty software and hardware issues required. Telecom experience preferred. Network monitoring and troubleshooting preferred. Working knowledge of CCTV systems, and alarms with troubleshooting experience.
The hourly rate for this position will be between $23-26/hr.

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, best practices, and procedures used in desktop computer and telecom field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 2019 R2, and MS SQL 2019 and newer as they are implemented.
- Knowledge of virtual servers and domain controllers.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, TEAMS, Sharepoint, Internet browsers and Outlook/365, cloud email services, Defender, Firewalls, and Azure.
- Ability to track requests and updates in the Help Desk ticket system.
- Ability to complete assignments to completion on a timely basis.
- Uphold social responsibilities of the position by working independently and tracking requests by priority and importance, meeting expectations with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software, systems, and concepts quickly.
- Ability to take a team approach in identifying and resolving issues with supervisor and consulting partners; while keeping supervisor and affected staff routinely informed until resolved.
- Ability to be emotionally intelligent and utilize open communication and social learning to remain open to other's ideas and effectively communicate with staff at all levels.
- Provide own reliable transportation to travel between satellite locations.
Example of Position Responsibilities:
- Provide installation, support, and resolution for/to end users for applications, desktop hardware and communication problems, including Internet, telecom (data and telephone cabling), telephones, basic technical cell phone and tablet access and security issues, printers and copiers and other technical equipment set up and troubleshooting.
- Utilize the Help Desk ticket system: document, track, monitor requests and provide follow-up steps when appropriate to ensure timely resolution; and close tickets timely.
- Maintain a well-organized and uncluttered IT department.
- Work with the Accounting and supervisor on receiving and tracking incoming new purchases and decommissioning of outdated equipment utilizing the Accounting's control protocols/systems including data entry into assets tag on appropriate equipment and hardware.
- Responsible for ongoing document/tracking IT related inventory, hardware, and software, including parts as well as check in and out process for temporary needs.
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring tools are safeguarded.
- Ensure network "access control" security protocols are in place and adhered to.
- Set up Dell Hub and other equipment for meetings, including laptops. Also train other staff who routinely use presentation equipment.
- Setup and troubleshoot wireless access points with the agency.
- Supports and promotes a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of individuals who may have experienced trauma in lives.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures/programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences/facilities.
