Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs for sales, service, and operational roles.
• Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the interview and selection process, including scheduling and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
• Maintain an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (insurance, financial services, or sales recruiting preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills with a knack for finding passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• A “hunter” mentality—proactive, persistent, and results-driven.

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
