Title and Summary
Director, Mergers and Acquisitions F/TOverviewAssists with strategic acquisitions and investments by partnering with global business units to identify, evaluate and execute investments that support the global growth strategy.
Role
• Leads certain aspects of the acquisition process including valuation, due diligence, coordination with external investment bankers and financial advisors, structuring of transactions, negotiations and presenting findings to senior management.
• Assists in communicating the financial impact and risks of potential acquisitions and investments and recommends courses of action to leadership.
• Identifies and analyzes acquisition ideas in order to assist in developing a prioritization pipeline of targets aligned to strategic initiatives.
• Builds and maintains relationships with VC firms, including sharing updates and gathering information for capital calls and leadership updates (e.g. VC portfolio makeup).
• Leverages shared resources, coaches and provides feedback.
• Supervise 3 employees with the following roles: Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions; Project Manager; and Manager, Project Management.
About You
• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related and three (3) years of experience in job offered or as Senior Analyst, Program Manager, Associate Analyst, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include one (1) year with each of the following: Software Architecture design; Project Management; Lean; Six Sigma.
• Rate of pay: $197,427.00 - $254,000.00
