Create impact as a Senior Pricing Analyst.

For over 165 years, CGU has been insuring ambition. Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we’re a leading commercial, rural and personal lines insurer and a top-three provider of workers compensation insurance.

Your Role
Joining the CGU Pricing team, you’ll play a key role and be responsible for end-to-end pricing across our commercial underwritten lines portfolios such as Professional Indemnity, Liability, Workers Compensation, Construction & Engineering (C&E), and Fleet Insurance. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll contribute to governance through peer review and continuous improvement, leveraging broader data and tools across IAG to enhance pricing excellence. Curiosity about market trends and portfolio performance is essential for identifying risks and opportunities early.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally, translating complex pricing models into clear recommendations for diverse stakeholders. They will contribute to the strategic pricing ecosystem by partnering with internal teams, driving innovation, and ensuring pricing recommendations are practical, aligned with business objectives, and supported by strong governance.

This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from Naarm (Melbourne) and Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
