Career Opportunities: Senior Analyst, Pricing (47136)
- 3+ years’ work experience with 1+ year focused in general insurance pricing or reserving, with a focus on technical long tail modelling and analysis. Experience in commercial insurance would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in actuarial IBNR and statistical techniques to develop, validate, and maintain pricing models for specialty insurance portfolios.
- Tertiary qualifications in actuarial science, statistics, business, or a related quantitative or commercial discipline.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, R, Python, or similar, with capability to manage data and support analytical workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex ideas simply and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively across functions to influence pricing decisions, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
