Job Description


The Junior Account Representative supports a portfolio of small-to-mid-size business clients, ensuring they are onboarded smoothly, informed on performance, and set up to grow. You’ll coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver campaigns on time, track results in our CRM, and identify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts.


  • Assist with onboarding, kickoff calls, and implementation checklists.


  • Prepare status updates, performance summaries, and quarterly business reviews.


  • Track tasks, notes, and pipeline activity in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).


  • Coordinate timelines with internal teams to meet deliverables.


  • Analyze account health metrics and flag risks or expansion opportunities.


  • Draft proposals/SOWs and support renewals and upsells.


  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining high client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS targets).


  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reporting for leadership.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications


  • 0–2 years in account management, customer success, or sales support (internships welcome).


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.


  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.


  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.


  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.


  • Analytical mindset; can interpret basic performance metrics and KPIs.


  • Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
