Member Service Representative II
Location: Conway, NH
Pay: $21+/hr + incentives
Status: Full-Time 40 hours

As a Member Service Representative II, you’ll be the face of Lighthouse — building relationships, solving problems, and helping members thrive.
This is more than a teller role. It’s a chance to own the member experience from start to finish, offering personalized solutions and strengthening relationships through needs-based conversations. You’ll support both teller and member service functions, and be empowered to make a difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Open and maintain personal and business accounts
- Recommend products and services that meet member needs
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and fraud packets
- Prepare and disburse consumer loans within guidelines
- Balance cash drawer/TCR and maintain security standards
- Switch between teller and member service functions as needed
- Deliver exceptional service and build lasting member relationships

What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in teller, cashier, or member/customer service roles
- Previous sales and/or lending experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize, stay detail-oriented, and work with diplomacy and tact
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and frequent public interaction
Work Environment
This role is fully onsite in a professional office setting. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values growth, innovation, and leadership at every level.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, speak, read, write, see, hear, push or pull (with or without accommodation)
- Frequent stationary work with computer/office equipment
- Occasional lifting/moving up to 20 pounds
