Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and take ownership of client strategies, aligning them with business objectives and brand ethos.
- Develop and implement cohesive communications and influencer strategies that achieve measurable business results.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects and events - managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Act as a key advisor to clients, offering insights and counsel on branding, media strategies, and market positioning.
- Manage and mentor account teams, fostering professional growth and ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, tastemakers, and industry stakeholders to secure premium coverage and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with key global VIP stylists for red carpet dressing opportunities.
- Collaborate across divisions and offices to leverage network-wide expertise, cultural programming, and specialized resources for clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including crafting tailored proposals and participating in pitches.
- Strategize and execute global campaigns, integrating cultural, experiential, and digital components.
- Plan and oversee major client events, including product launches, experiential activations and shows across global Fashion Weeks.
- Manage influencer and endorsement campaigns, sourcing and negotiating partnerships aligned with client brand DNA.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Drive innovative initiatives, including third-party partnerships, designer collaborations, and event sponsorships.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing, or a related field, with expertise in managing high-profile clients in luxury fashion, lifestyle and/or beauty.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute complex strategies aligned with client business goals and market trends.
- Demonstrable success in building relationships with VIP stylists, talent and influencers to secure high-impact coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams, setting a high standard of performance and accountability.
- Exceptional writing and verbal skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and persuasive materials.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within budget in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, including pitching and onboarding clients.
- Deep understanding of luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, including influencer marketing and cultural trends.
- Sensitivity to cultural nuances and market-specific opportunities when strategizing and executing campaigns.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to innovate, navigate challenges, and deliver results-driven solutions.
