The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team in Kilburn, SA as a Data Entry Consultant where you'll play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Customer Experience functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage master data for new businesses, handle amendments, and process cancellations while providing exceptional customer service using cutting-edge systems like Salesforce and SAP.
Shift times are 8am-4pm OR 8:30am-4:30pm - on site location.

What you'll be responsible for
Data entry and inputting of analytic data
Processing service agreements and managing cases via Salesforce and SAP
Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance
Monitoring and maintaining master data quality to meet company standards
What you'll need to be successful
Be able to problem solve and work with a with a number of different stakeholder and cross functions teams
Demonstrated ability to work within a team as well as independently
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and SAP is essential
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Great interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with internal/external stakeholders
