Responsibilities
Your Role:
We're looking for a technical Senior AI Developer to drive our artificial intelligence initiatives, with particular focus on developing and implementing innovative solutions using AWS/UiPath/Databricks, and conversational AI technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Design and implement AI solutions using AWS services, UiPath, Databricks, and other cloud platforms
- Develop and optimize machine learning models, including LLMs and conversational AI systems
- Contribute to the establishment of technical standards, MLOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions
- Participate in proof-of-concepts and pilot programs to drive innovation
- Ensure AI solutions Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical AI principles
- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure)
- Contribute to the end-to-end AI lifecycle management, including model monitoring and maintenance

Qualifications
About You:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Proven experience with AWS AI/ML services
- Hands-on experience with LLMS, NLP, and conversational AI
- Expertise in Python/PySpark and other modern ML frameworks
- Track record of successful AI project delivery in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Assets
- Knowledge of Financial service industry/products
- Certification in AWS/Azure/Machine Learning
- Knowledge of DevOps
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
