We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Head to ensure the delivery of high-quality, defect-free products and services. The ideal candidate will act as the gatekeeper for quality across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with defined standards and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Define, implement, and continuously improve QA policies, processes, and standards.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts.
- Identify, document, and manage defects; track resolution in coordination with development teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, and product) to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor quality metrics and ensure adherence to QA processes through audits and reviews.
- Lead and mentor junior QA staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Deliver high-quality software with minimal defects.
- Minimize rework and production issues through proactive testing and validation.
- Ensure regulatory and industry standards compliance.
- Improve customer satisfaction through reliable and consistent product performance.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over all 12 yrs + Industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a head / lead role.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
