Sales Engineer – RhiKnows

RhiKnows is Rhino Tool House’s AI-powered SaaS platform for large-scale manufacturers. We deliver real-time OEE, predictive maintenance, and quality insights to help our customers boost productivity, cut downtime, and improve quality. We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who can blend technical expertise with consultative sales skills to guide enterprise manufacturers from first conversation to full adoption of RhiKnows.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with sales to identify and qualify high-value manufacturing opportunities.
- Lead discovery sessions and design tailored RhiKnows solutions.
- Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and proof-of-concepts.
- Act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle and early onboarding.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or related technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with SaaS, analytics, or industrial automation solutions.
