In this role, you will:
- Build strong relationships with manufacturing customers.
- Guide adoption and usage of RhiKnows modules.
- Conduct business reviews to show ROI and uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS implementation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
