Hybrid Workforce Wellbeing Administrator na Hoffman Construction Co of America

POSITION SUMMARY: The Well Being Administrator will work within the Workforce Wellbeing department and report to the Program Director and/or Manager in the Workforce Wellbeing Department. They will work closely with jobsite field and safety teams to implement all aspects of Hoffman’s Workers Compensation Program, including day-to-day activities of the interactive process for job accommodation for both injured workers and other staff. This position will be at project site.

SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $80,000

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Maintain all aspects of Hoffman’s Workers Compensation Program, including regulatory compliance and daily claims oversight. (Training provided)
• Submit claim paperwork to the appropriate carrier and team.
• Help resolve workers compensation claims with solutions that are consistent with Hoffman’s values.
• Participate in necessary trainings and workshops that pertain to workers compensation.
• Help with scheduling trainings for project teams for best practices, pre- and post-injury.
• Help track and report OSHA 300 information within the department (training provided if needed)
• Assist employees in navigating their claim, as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

EDUCATION

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ administrative support experience required.
• Must have good communication skills and work well with others at all times.

POSITION RELATED SKILLS

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams), and have a general understanding of working within a computer network.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work closely with variety of trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential.
• Highly developed visual observation and interpretation skills.
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership.
• Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations.

• Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of sitting/walking and standing.
• Hands/Arms - Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use.
• Sight - Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range vision. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination.
• Hearing: sufficient to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone; sufficient to hear alarms on equipment.
• Speech sufficient to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio. 
• Lifting/Carrying - minimal.
• Bending/Twisting – minimal.
• Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling – rarely.
• Constant mental alertness, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
• Must be able to work independently, make decisions, and follow through on all assignments.
• Must use creativity, independent judgment, and organizational and problem-solving skills to determine best method to accomplish desired results.
