As a consultant on the Accounting Data Migration team, you will work closely with our clients and our data processing team to provide a seamless accounting data migration experience. You will expertly review data from a client’s previous property management software to ensure Entrata’s data processing team can import it successfully into Entrata. Your focused involvement will ensure Accounting data accuracy and client success.
*If you are located in Utah, this would be a hybrid role 3 days in office.
Responsibilities will include
Assist with accounting setup during onboarding, including charts of accounts, charge codes, vendors, and other static configurations.
Support the configuration of accounting data within our systems using Excel and CSV files.
Validate client accounting data for accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with team members to learn migration processes and best practices.
Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth migration workflows.
Maintain strong attention to detail, documentation, and professionalism on assigned projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or strong equivalent accounting knowledge.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and property management workflows.
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with CSV data.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Interest in learning system migrations and developing expertise in accounting data transitions.
Multi-Family experience a plus
This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
