- Edit long-form video content into short-form, high-engagement clips for social media
- Add text overlays, transitions, captions, hooks, and trendy audio for platforms like Reels and TikTok
- Design custom thumbnails and on-brand graphics for videos and posts
- Assist in planning and organizing content calendars and social post schedules
- Format and organize posts based on brand voice, messaging, and content pillars
- Optimize and select imagery for use on our website and marketing materials
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, hooks, and viral formats to inform creative direction
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
Hard Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in videography and social media content creation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software
- Design experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok formats and best practices
- Eye for minimalistic or trendy styles (depending on creative direction)
- Self-starter with excellent time management and ability to follow creative briefs
- Must be comfortable receiving and applying feedback in a collaborative remote setting
Schedule:
- 20 Hours/Week
- Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM US Eastern Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
- $5-$6USD/hour
- HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
