Duration: We have internship opportunities varying in lengths, 4-months to 1 year duration.
Start date: In order to ensure continuity, we would love to welcome our next interns from October 1st onwards.
Tasks
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Help manage support tickets and follow up on customer issues.
- Contribute ideas to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience.
- Assist with logistics and communication for our B2B and B2C network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to consumers
- Assist in resolving warranty requests from both end-consumers, shops and distributors
Requirements
- Current students or recent graduates in related fields (Business, Marketing, Communications, Sport management etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and empathy.
- Interest in outdoor or action sports — snowboarding knowledge is a bonus!
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
