Reporting to divisional leadership, you’ll drive brand love and business growth by integrating Media, Advocacy & Influence (A&I), Content, and Lifecycle Marketing into a cohesive strategy.Your responsibilities will include:Strategy & Planning: Develop multi-channel consumer engagement strategies, including 360 Media plans, A&I initiatives, and KPI frameworks aligned with brand objectives.Budget Optimization: Oversee spend allocation across Media, A&I, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing to maximize ROI and impact.Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand ranking targets.Innovation & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the consumer engagement team, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation.We Are Looking ForYou’re a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer engagement and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
