Hybrid Sr. Software Engineer na Synechron

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (Next.js + .NET) to join our dynamic team. This role demands deep hands-on experience in frontend development using Next.js, along with backend expertise in .NET Core/.NET Framework. You will be responsible for driving strategic engineering initiatives, mentoring teams, and providing technical leadership across squads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack development projects using Next.js on the frontend and .NET on the backend.

• Drive technical strategy and provide architectural guidance for complex engineering solutions.

• Build and deploy REST APIs and microservices using best practices.

• Oversee proof of concept (PoC) developments and strategic program delivery.

• Mentor and upskill engineers across squads and teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and performant solutions.

• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

Frontend (Mandatory – 80%)

• Strong expertise in Next.js

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript

• SSR and SSG patterns, performance optimization

Backend (20%)

• Development using .NET Core / .NET Framework

• Good understanding of MVC architecture

• RESTful API development, microservices architecture

• Proficiency in C#, with solid OOPs concepts and design patterns

DevOps / CI-CD / Containerization

• Experience with Git-based source control (GitHub, GitLab)

• Build tools like TeamCity, GitHub Actions

• Deployment experience with Octopus or similar tools

• Docker and Kubernetes proficiency

Database & Monitoring

• Strong hands-on with relational databases: MSSQL or Oracle

• Monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar

Cloud

• Good working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Agile/Scrum experience
