About The Role

A growing startup is seeking its first operations hire to help scale the business and the team, ensuring the organization continues to execute at a high level during this growth. The new hire will collaborate with the founders to establish a repeatable hiring process, oversee operations, and contribute to projects that drive the company's success.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Design and implement a company-wide operating system, including regular meetings, planning cycles, departmental communications, and metrics tracking.

2. Manage all-hands meetings and organize necessary materials and speakers for these events.

3. Determine and implement appropriate KPIs to ensure alignment across efforts.

4. Oversee back office systems, including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, and forecasting.

5. Assist in building the hiring process: crafting job postings, managing the candidate funnel, and establishing hiring standards.

6. Identify new methods to streamline processes and improve communication.

7. Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements.

8. Foster a vibrant company culture.

9. Collaborate with the CEO on special projects aimed at driving exponential growth.
