We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Analyst to join our newly formed People Services team. This exciting new role is part of a transformation programme to take our newly formed People Services function to the next level by capturing stakeholder’s requirements and building robust fit for purpose people processes. This role is integral to cultivating a new smooth HR operations service for all colleagues across Gist.

Role details:

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: Remote/Hybrid

What you’ll do:

  • Gathering/clarifying scope of requirements throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand business areas and use of technology to support their business processes
  • Facilitating workshops to capture current process, user stories and future operational models
  • Analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvements and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Stay up to date with changes in HR best practices
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for process change across People Services
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within People Services
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy

Who you are:

  • Proficient with process mapping tools and techniques (Visio)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in improvement methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma etc)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Previous experience in HR or a people services environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar platforms)
