The Customer Success Operations Associate will support Customer Success Managers in day-to-day responsibilities including monitoring cross-department requests, maintaining data within Salesforce/Gainsight, and compiling data requests. In this role, you will also assist with strategic initiatives, working closely with the Operations and Strategy team as well as other departments to efficiently support our customers and future company growth.If you are looking to work cross-functionally with a global team while providing strategic customer support, we’d love to get to know you!What you’ll do
