Must-Have
- Over 5 years of experience as a technical lead or solutions architect, focusing on designing and building scalable systems
- Proven ability to create effective solutions in complex, enterprise-level environments, including clear architectural diagrams
- Experience with the .NET ecosystem and Microsoft technologies, including Azure
- Solid understanding of information security (e.g., cryptography, identity management) and experience with non-functional requirements (e.g., observability, security and performance)
- Experience documenting architectural decisions using Architectural Decision Records (ADR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Azure Resource Manager)
- Practical experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Event Sourcing, CQRS)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies
