RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a UX/UI Designer.
Summary:
We are seeking a candidate who can create high fidelity wireframes, develop prototypes, and use Figma proficiently to make low to mid-fidelity designs for usability testing and transform designs into high fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities:
- UX/UI Designer will elevate design concepts to HiFi interfaces using Fluent UI design system in Figma, ready for testing
- Create and manage a reusable component library in Figma for design consistency
- Align design efforts with project requirements for user-centric solutions
- As a UX/UI Designer, you will build Figma prototypes for usability testing, incorporating interaction design
- Update designs responsively and quickly based on feedback from UX test sessions, team reviews, and other feedback forums
- Efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Figma (Must have been used within the last year)
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Design Library Components; Fluent UI preferred, but other design systems will be acceptable
- Minimum 4 years of experience with creating prototypes in Figma
- Advanced Figma skills with experience in Fluent UI and complex component construction
- Experience in building and maintaining a Figma component library for future designs
- Solid UX/UI design foundation for intuitive and visually appealing design creation
- Exceptional technical precision and attention to detail in design execution
- Excellent communication for seamless collaboration with teams
- Proven ability to create responsive, accessible designs across web and mobile
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Nice to have experience using Microsoft's Fluent UI standards/Fluent UI design system
