Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Calendar: Schedule and prioritize appointments for the Agent to ensure efficient use of time.
- Act as Liaison: Serve as the main contact for communication between the Agent, team members, clients, and external partners.
- Administrative Support: Draft and edit emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Agent.
- Organize Meetings: Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering if needed.
- Create Systems: Develop and implement procedures to streamline the Agent's activities.
- Handle Social Media: Manage content creation and analytics for social media channels.
- Event Logistics: Arrange travel, manage event details, and handle product sales at engagements.
- Welcome Visitors: Greet and direct visitors appropriately.
- Facilitate Sales: Support and follow up on sales appointments and activities.
- Personal Duties: Assist with personal tasks for the Agent as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative support, with a preference for executive assistance backgrounds.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the US and internationally as required.
- Skills: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive Attitude: Driven and capable of working independently with a creative and quick-thinking approach.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity in CRM systems.
