About the job
- The primary purpose of this role is to:
- Provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email)
- Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring
- Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems.
- Maintain log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring would be an added advantage.
- CTC- 18 - 20k per month
- Certificate on completing internship.
- Conversion as an FTE depending upon performance and the business within 6 months to 1 year with a package of 4 to 4.5 LPA (which happens in 99% cases)
