BOBST IoT developers are fully accountable for the quality of their deliveries, for writing automated tests, for integrating into DevOps/CI/CD, for deploying to production, for monitoring the environments, and for supporting the organization.

Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, testing, deployment, and integration of cloud-based and embedded software solutions.
- Collaborate with team members (both local and remote), Product Owners, and resources from other departments to deliver well-qualified high-quality software.
- Be an actor of the Scrum processes actively participating to all ceremonies, code reviews, retrospectives, and provide constructive feedback to improve the team’s dynamics and output.
- Ensure deliveries are aligned with architectural and design principles.
- Monitor production environment, support users, proactively troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Knowledge of C#, or similar languages such as java or C++; knowledge of Python and PowerShell a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar “Cloud-native/serverless” platforms; automated infrastructure deployment tools such as ARM Templates, Bicep, Cloud Formation, a definite plus.
- Knowledge of Linux, Bash, and container technologies such as Docker.
- At ease with agile practices.
- Team player, open-minded, proactive, and delivery oriented.
- Extremely careful to quality, robustness, and simplicity.
- Attentive to details while keeping in mind high-level and long-term goals.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) in Software engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Other educational paths are acceptable for the right candidate with the right experience.
- Full proficiency in English, French a serious asset.
