Job Description

KLDiscovery, one of the largest national electronic discovery providers, is currently seeking a Data Analyst for an exciting new opportunity on our Cyber Incident Response team.

Successful candidates will create, validate, and review programs and scripts per specifications. Prior experience running applications and scripts and familiarity with SQL Tables is preferred.

This position is project-based and part-time. Successful candidates will be considered temporary contingent employees.

Position Details:

  • Remote, work-from-home opportunity
  • Anticipated Start Date: August 2024
  • Pay rate: $45/hour
  • Hours: Flexible scheduling; hours vary depending on the availability of work.


Qualifications

  • Must reside and work from one of the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, DC, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Ney Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
  • Understands C#, Typescript, and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to learn from others and adapt to standards
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office scripts
  • Powershell experience


Responsibilities

  • Create, validate, and review programs and scripts per specifications
  • Run applications and scripts
  • Develop automated tests
  • Support bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in production
  • Create, design, and review software documentation
  • Provides technical support to application in production within defined SLA
  • Detect problem areas that need improvement early and raise issues
