What Makes You Special
- 5+ years’ experience. You bring extensive experience in customer success within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Industry knowledge. You have extensive experience in overseeing the customer lifecycle and bring a deep understanding of customer success best practices and methodologies, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support both internally and externally.
- Excellent communicator. You are a charismatic, native-level speaker of German and English, capable of engaging and inspiring our customers.
- Strategic thinking. You adapt and execute customer success strategies according to Meister’s unique circumstances and company goals, demonstrating a builder mentality that drives continuous improvement.
- Analytical skills. You independently analyze customer health metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Project management. You organize comprehensive customer success plans, manage projects effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Agile mindset. You bring experience in using scrum, agile or similar frameworks to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.
- Experience with digitization initiatives. You have a background in leading or participating in digitization projects, driving innovation and process improvement.
