In this role, you will:
* Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns
* Educate individuals and families on financial protection and planning strategies
* Offer solutions including life insurance, investments, and long-term care options
* Build and manage long-term client relationships
* Grow your communication, business development, and planning skills

* One-on-one mentorship with experienced advisors

* Marketing, technology, and operational support
* Base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses
* Estimated total compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 in year one
