Currently, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Product Manager to join our team and drive the success of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in developing and executing successful product strategies. As the Global Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our product portfolio (Switches), ensuring alignment with our company's goals and customer needs.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management and offers the Remote work possibility.

About The Job

  • Be part of a global product managers team that fosters a collaborative and innovative culture
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure successful product development and launches
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and stay informed about industry trends to drive product innovation
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and
  • Manage and improve overall P&L for the product lines including product positioning, pricing strategy, product optimization, and operational effectiveness

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering insights for continuous improvement



About You

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Product Management
  • Working experience in Circuit Protection or Passive Components or Connectors or Switches
  • Experience dealing with manufacturing operations, customers, sales and distributors
  • Experience in managing product line profitability including pricing authority
  • Understanding of industry channel practices and dynamics
  • Effective product management and/or product planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English language and the ability to work well with others
  • Strong project management skills and “owner” mentality
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with MBA preferred
  • Previous experience working in a global environment
